At Hansfield Dental Clinic, we’re committed to providing the highest level of care to all our patients. To help us manage our schedule efficiently, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit as a missed appointment fee. Short-notice cancellations make it difficult for us to offer the slot to another patient.

Cancellations with 24–48 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel your appointment 24 to 48 hours in advance, we will retain your deposit as credit on your account, which can be used toward rescheduling at your convenience.
